However, if it is simply too much for you to start with a long-term commitment, I am willing to do coaching on a per session basis if I feel we are a good fit and there is a sincere interest on your part. However, I only offer unlimited email/text support for those buying a coaching package. This additional support can be very helpful to keep you on track.

Inspired Beginnings Package (3 Months)
The 3-month Inspired Beginnings Package includes:
- Four 60-minute coaching calls per month (12 total calls)
- unlimited e-mail/text support (This level of support makes a tremendous difference. I do not offer this level of support outside of coaching packages.)
The 3 month level of commitment is for you if want to laser in on a specific area of your life such as your business, health, relationships or career and do some exploration, strategizing and fairly quick work to create change.
You can choose one audacious goal and go for it!
It is also for you if you are in an acute situation such as divorce, job change, unexpected loss or transition and need a few months of deep support and compassionate guidance to help you get to the other side with as much clarity, ease, and grace as possible.

The 6-month Diving Deep Package includes:

Multiple areas of your life can be worked on here in terms of what’s working, what’s not, what’s stopping you, how you can get unstuck, and take empowered actions that create more of what you want.
This is for someone who wants to create a lasting change, complete a significant project, take a big leap, and have the needed structure and accountability to get it done.
