Where does one start?
Pandemic. People dying. People losing jobs, homes, financial security. Division. Racial Tension. Violence. More people dying. Masks.
Possible mandatory vaccines, economic collapse, second wave, food shortages. Upcoming political elections.
Mistrust. Lies. Deception. Cognitive dissonance.
Did I miss anything. I’m sure I did…
Have we had the alien invasion yet? I’ve heard it’s coming…:)
On top of all this, everyone I speak with is afraid to say the wrong thing. Afraid to upset a friend or family member if they express their true opinion–about pretty much anything.
How did it all come to this?
It’s too long of a story to even attempt to answer that question, but most of us knew things weren’t working very well.
Perhaps the more powerful question now is what in the world is happening and how do we deal with it?
What is happening is up to each individual to decipher, do their own internal questioning and search for answers. The answers are out there, but you do have to be willing to look at some ugly truths.
There are many points of view. The mainstream media is giving us their version. What do you believe? Please question and look deeply.
It is time for each of us to tune into our own guidance system and see what resonates as truth. This is how we overcome victim consciousness and take control of our own narrative.
It is OK if you see things differently than your friends and family. This is claiming your own autonomy and power. This can be done with respect for one another.
We have no time left to abdicate our power to any authority outside of ourself. It is time for personal sovereignty. This will be difficult to do if you are used to needing the approval of others or blindly doing as you are told.
It’s time to get over that. Now.
If you don’t know how to connect with your own guidance system, ask yourself what FEELS right? What feels true? Does what you are being told make sense?
This crisis is bringing out both the best and worst in people. Learn the difference between the two and do not self-abandon. None of us want to believe that people we thought we could trust may not have our best interests at heart, but sometimes they don’t.
Have no doubt we are in a collective global crisis that goes beyond a pandemic. This is a psychological and spiritual crisis as well. There are threats to our humanity that we have not seen in our lifetimes.
Constitutional rights and basic human rights are being violated. There is mistruth and manipulation to serve the interests of a few at the expense of the many.
Billionaires have grown exceeding rich during the past few months while many have lost everything. Check that out. Doesn’t that seem, well…kind of strange?
It’s time to take a stand, folks. This is a wake up call.
There is no doubt this collective trauma is triggering all of our individual trauma. The extent to which you have worked on healing yourself will determine the extent to which you are able to cope with what is happening now.
There has never been a more ripe time for personal healing. If each person worked on themself right now, we wouldn’t project our unhealed stuff onto each other and this whole mess would start to go away.
You must begin to ask what you stand for and how you want to leave this earth for the generations to come.
I know I believe in freedom of speech for all, freedom to make health and medical decisions about my own body. I do not trust that corporate entities and billionaires have my best interests at heart. I do not want them telling me what I have to do.
I hope you can respect my opinion. What is yours? Are you ready to take back your power and stand in your truth? If not now, when do you think it may be time?
Please don’t wait until it is too late to face what is going on now in your own life and in the world. Much is at risk. We are one family. We can overcome this and create a better world. It’s been a long time coming.
However, we must claim our individual sovereignty over all that is not in alignment with the principles of human decency and the right to freedom, justice and happiness for all.
