These are amazing times we live in…
Like never before, there are so many opportunities open to all of us to maximize our potential and fulfill our dreams.
I think many of us can feel it intuitively that big changes are afoot and the energy and consciousness on the planet is shifting at an unprecedented speed. We are all being called to heal and transform the unhealed parts of ourselves. This can feel exhilarating one day and daunting the next. It is a bit of a roller coaster ride and it’s not going to slow down anytime soon.
As a matter of fact, I feel the ride is only going to get faster and deeper…
One of the changes I see is more awareness and consciousness around the empowered feminine archetype and what it means and looks like to live from this place. The energy of the divine feminine is becoming stronger on the planet now as our consciousness is shifting to a higher vibration and we are being called like never before to step into this more fully.
I am noticing in my clients, both women and men, that it is becoming increasing painful to stay disconnected from their feminine energy/power and to remain masculine-dominant like so many of us have lived in the past.
By feminine energy I mean that part of us that is open, receptive, intuitive, creative, compassionate, nurturing, non-linear and connected to our feelings and emotions. While masculine energy is typically more goal and purpose driven, rational, linear, focused, protective, structured and about doing and achieving.
All of us, men and women, contain both masculine and feminine energy. It’s simply that our culture has historically favored the masculine over the feminine and created an imbalance that is now coming to be corrected.
So how do we do this? How do we begin to honor and unveil this potent feminine energy that yearns to be revealed in order to heal us both individually and collectively?
I believe everyone has a calling or purpose for being here.

Part of my purpose as a transformational coach is to help my clients achieve success in their life. Since success is often about the fulfillment of one’s goals, I generally start by asking my clients what they would like to accomplish in our work together and how I may help them the most.
